SCUTA Pro Data Entry

SCUTA Data Entry was designed to allow our users to clearly and quickly document their activities. First, the activity is categorized by it’s corresponding ASCA specified category. Categories include :

• School Counseling Core Curriculum
• Individual Student Planning
• Responsive Services
• Referrals/Consultation/Collaboration
• Program Foundation, Management & Accountability
• Fair-Share Responsibility
• Non-School-Counseling Tasks

After specifying the Category, the user specifies the Topic.  Topics are Category-specific and have been developed through collaboration with school counselors. The detailed classification enables SCUTA to provide detailed statistical analysis.

Additionally, the Pro version of SCUTA enables users to identify the students serviced by the topic activity.  This added feature facilitates user access to a log summarizing each interaction with a student.
